Australian Roach Facts
- Typically, Australian Roaches are 1 1/4 inches in length.
- Australian Roaches are reddish brown in color with yellow markings.

The Australian cockroach is relatively large species and is similar in appearance to the American cockroach. They are mainly found outdoors and are often referred to as “palmetto bugs.” The name is misleading, as they are an introduced species from Asia.
